Your health before you arrive
Please do not attend your appointment if you have been unwell in the last seven days. If you have had Covid-19 or any cold/flu like symptoms in the last 7 days please do not attend.

Any last-minute changes?
If you need to make any last-minute changes to your appointment, please contact your Practitioner by calling the clinic on 01480 300029

Please do not arrive too early for your appointment
When you arrive for your appointment:
•We will greet you at the door and we will be wearing a face mask.
•Please follow the directions upon entering the clinic and go to the appropriate area.
•There will be hand washing facilities and sanitiser available to wash your hands prior to and after your appointment.
